The Mike Adlam MVP is the indi team member who was the most dedicated, committed, helpful, supportive, effective, went above and beyond on a regular basis, and truly stood out as the most valued team member for the year. This award is in memory of Mike Adlam, the late co-founder of Champion Mortgage (prior to our rebrand to indi Mortgage) who started the company in 2001. Mike’s values and approach to business, partnerships and relationships is the foundation of who we are today.
